Riwal Moves into Belgium

As announced in August, Europe’s leading commercial rental supplier of aerial work platforms, Riwal, has moved into Belgium with the acquisition of Sarens aerial work platform operations. The Belgian location will be housed in Genk and all of Sarens aerial work platform employees have been retained. Already successful in business across three continents, this expansion of industrial operations in Belgium enhances the firm’s position as Europe’s top rental and sales supplier of electric and hydraulic heavy lifting equipment. The aerial work platform fleet has an inventory of over 13,000 items .

Since the company’s founding in 1968 it has remained the headquarters in The Netherlands and has grown from its original few employees to over 1000 dedicated and talented individuals today.
